Thanks! Hey, Chipotle tacos are (a little) better than no tacos at all!
Keep us posted on good spots in Queens! We have one on our radar already, but need more!

Hey Agent M, I’m editing a book of witty Twitter messages (HarperCollins, Fall 09) and I’d really like to print this one you wrote:

“There’s nothing in the rule book that says a giraffe can’t play football.”
May I use that? I’ll attribute it to you of course.

Nick, that sounds awesome, but I can’t claim credit to that quote. It’s a line from the short-lived animated series Clone High.

My god, you’re right. Can’t believe I forgot about that line.

But, hey, if any of my other Tweets make it in, gimme a shout. I’ll give it a plug.

Hi,
I love your blog and I just tagged you on a recent article I did about some amazing tacos I had at the Palmilla in Cabos.(story link attached above) I may be in NYC in the next week and would love to meet you. I will be sure to post your RSS on the Denver Examiner as well.
Cheers!
Rachel~

Woo! Sounds like fun. Are you on Twitter? Hit me up there if you can. @Agent_M

You two are amazing. I cannot tell you how your posts to twitter make me crave tacos. They got it right when they said you are most influential, Mr. Agent Taco. And with your zaniness, I just had to meet the lady who puts up with all of it. So I have started following badcoverversion. I can’t wait to see the banter between the two of you. Keep having fun and send some of those yummy tacos to Florida.

Tacos are always best served out of a kitchen on wheels behind a tire shop named “Victors”! Good hunting

Kris, that’s one of the sweetest things we’ve read from someone whom we’ve never met. Hopefully we can share a taco dinner sometime.

So, after following you on Twitter for a bit and for other reasons, I’ve decided to check out your Taco Blog. I have to say I’m impressed by your taco knowledge. When ever I get a moment to go to NY, I’ll have to try out some of your favs. Being Mexican also makes me a bit of a taco smart ass so I’m counting on you.
If you are in Seattle, you should go to El Puerco LLoron. The Carne Asada tacos are amazing.
Keep up the quest for taco.

I appreciate the compliments immensely! I’ve studied hard. And by studied, I mean I’ve eaten a LOT of tacos.
Elizabeth (badcoverversion) lived in Seattle for a bit, so if we ever go back, it’ll be a whirlwind trip!

My taco pick is definitely MiNiditos in Tucson, Arizona. Of course, the rolled chicken variety I’m talking about are called flautas and they’re best served (now!) with a side of beans, rice and guacamole. Mmmm! Now I’m really craving them. Sigh. Anyway, if you ever want to sponsor me to travel the world in search of the perfect taco, I’m SO there. Now I need to work out how to ‘tweet’ you. I’m very new to Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/reneebarber.

Mmmm, flautas are so gooood.

There is a place here in town(Seymour, Indiana), just a small local place, that makes some killer steak tacos. They make their own shells and everything, but they ray of shining light that is this place, is their green sauce. The best desrciption I can give is ‘liquid awesome’. Fresh steak + cliantro + green sauce + homemade shell = ninja fuel = fact.

Amen! Good green sauce is the stuff that dreams are made of!
